How long does it take to get my order? 

Products that are custom made like Fridge Magnets, Mailer Cards, Car Signs, Business Cards and Mugs once approved will usually be dispatched within 5 – 7 days.  Items that are not custom made like Create a Bear, Create a Magnet, Self Adhesive Patches will be dispatched within 2-3 days. Delivery in Sydney is usually next day. Victoria is 2 - 3 days. Allow 5 days to Perth. The further you are away from us the longer delivery will take. We will use the quickest, most cost effective way to get your parcel to you. If you require EXPRESS delivery we can arrange that for you but there will be extra costs involved. Please let us know when placing your order that you are in a hurry and we will do our best for you.  

How do I pay for my order?

When you purchase from our online store you will pay for your items when you order them. We accept Paypal, Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard or direct credit to our bank account. If you choose to pay by cash you must do so at our Seven Hills outlet. Do not post cash.

Can I use photos?

We can use your photo and make a spectacular product. We can put a photo on Fridge Magnets, Business Cards, Contact Cards, Coffee Mugs, Stubby Holders, Dog Tags, Pet Bowls and many more items. 

Why are your prices so competitive? 

We keep our prices low because we import our own raw materials.  Our in house production service helps you save money. We have state of the art production processes and the most up to date technology. 

What do your prices include?

Our prices include GST, artwork, clipart and email proofs.   If there are any additional charges you will be quoted up front before we start printing your job.
